Welcome to the Ohana of Kapuaokalani Halau, the Academy of Hawaiian Soulistic Healing named after the heiau, Hawaiian temple, where Kumu Karen was taught. The symbol of Kapuaokalani is the red hibiscus, the flower of the Heavens and a gift of Spirit. The students come from all over the world: Japan, Canada, New Zealand, USA, Europe, Hawaii... They are adopted into our halau and become a part of our Ohana, family. Each student is precious and treated with great love and respect as the cherished Children of the Rainbow whom they are. We travel to visit other Rainbow children in our halau. We may not all speak the same language, but the language we all speak is the language of Aloha.
